Josh assembled a team of quality trades and quickly and efficiently went about the project. They were great to work with and responded positively to our ideas regarding design and finishes and quietly got on with the job, even, on occasions, when we changed our minds.

We particularly liked the way they covered and protected our adjacent bedroom furniture at the start of each day and then cleaned and vacuumed at the end of each day so we could continue to sleep in our bedroom.

The team was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond in so many ways including giving us advice regarding other building aspects of our home.

We recently had our bathroom renovated in Katoomba. With some trepidation we looked around for someone who would take on our particular problems and resolve them for us.

Somehow we got onto Eberones Constructions and the boss Josh. He provided us with all the options and then when we had decided on what was needed he guided us through the steps that followed.

As expected renovations are not an easy process but on all occasions Josh was there and with him there was always forward progress.

Working with Josh and team has been a great experience. We initially asked him to build an extension on our mountains cottage and this was delivered as close to spec as possible.

We secondly ask Josh and team to refurbish the old cottage. Given we live in Sydney we have trusted Josh to manage our project and due to Covid there have been times when we could not visit the site.

Josh and his team were exceptional. Always turned up when they said and always cleared up after each day.

We started the build in November 2021. It was an extension to the back of the building on a sloping block with a 1.8m high 20m long retaining wall.

The build was even more difficult with the rain in Blackheath that has been relentless.
Josh was always smiling even through the times when it did not seem the rain would stop. His team were very accommodating with the changes we wanted along the way and was always quick to respond to those changes at a reasonable price.

With reference to the re-roofing by Eberones Constructions of my gable roof and my flat roof in June 2020, Josh and his team, later joined by Max, were efficient and reliable. Always punctual and answering the odd question or request with a smile.
