Face Lift Cladding
This two-Story 1920’s building has been given a new lease on life with a modern makeover.
The old timber cladding and leaking roof have been replaced with new colorbond custom orb cladding in Monument and a new custom orb roof in Dover White.
The original double-hung windows have been restored to their former glory. Some of the windows have been replaced with new aluminum frames and toughened glass to meet modern Australian standards.
The results is a beautiful building that is both stylish, functional and will continue to stand the test of time.
