Here’s a summary of the steps you can expect when partnering with Eberones:

Initial Consultation & Site Assessment.

Once you have filled out our questionnaire, we arragne a meeting on site for a comprehensive discussion of your vision, needs, and construction possibilities.

This initial meeting comes with no obligations, making it the perfect opportunity to explore your ideas, ask questions, and learn how to turn your project idea into a reality.

Collaborative Design & Planning

When you partner with us, you’re gaining a handpicked dedicated team of experts, from architects to bushfire specialists, surveyors and more. We personally guide you through the process by designing and constructing a home that truly feels like you.

While this is happening or if you already have all your documents, we’ll personally guide you through the exciting process of choosing your materials and finishes. We’ll help you make informed choices that suit your lifestyle, values, and vision for your home.

Transparent Quoting and Refining.

You’ll receive a detailed quote tailored specifically to your project. This quote will outline all anticipated expenses and provides transparency around how your budget will be allocated.

We’ll then arrange a time to sit down with you and walk through the quote in detail.

This gives you the opportunity to ask questions, clarify any items, and gain a solid understanding of where your investment is going. If needed, we can also suggest alternative materials or approaches to help align the project with your budget without compromising on quality.

Only once you are completley happy we begin the next stage.

Contract and Insurance

Once you have approved the quote, we will provide you with an accurate and detailed contract.

Every element of your build will be clearly outlined in a comprehensive manner, so you’ll know exactly what you’re getting and precisely how much it will cost—without any hidden surprises or unexpected expenses.

Once you have signed the contract, we organise HBCF insurance and we are ready to begin building.

Construction.

Our experienced Project manager oversee every aspect of your build. Ensuring it is completed to the highest quality standards.

You will be invited to our online portal, enabling you to track how the build is progressing. Keep up to date on any variations. And have important documents in a single place. We’ll arrange site meeting as needed to ensure everything aligns with your expectations.

We prioritize your vision and any changes you choose to make at any stage of the project are entirely your decision. Because your 100% satisfaction is our ultimate goal.

Handover

Upon completion We will conduct a thorough final inspection with you to ensure every detail meets your satisfaction and our high standards before handover.

During the construction stage we have a six hundred key points check list that we pass in order to comply with the building code of Australia and make sure the project meets our exacting expectations.  

From the date of completion, you are covered for 3 months defects warranty (Excluding normal wear and tear.) And 6 years structural Warranty.

Providing you with long term peace of mind and assurance in the structural integrity of your home.
