Once you’ve filled out our questionnaire, we arrange an on-site meeting for a comprehensive discussion of your vision, goals, and construction possibilities — whether you’re in Katoomba, Leura, Springwood, or anywhere across the Blue Mountains region.

Collaborative Design & Planning

When you partner with us, you gain access to a handpicked team of specialists — from architects and engineers to bushfire consultants, surveyors, and energy efficiency experts (including our Certified Passive House tradesperson). We guide you through every design decision to create a home that’s uniquely yours.

If you already have your plans and documents ready, we’ll move straight into the exciting stage of selecting your materials, finishes, and fittings — making informed choices that reflect your lifestyle, values, and budget.

Transparent Quoting and Refining.

You’ll receive a detailed, itemised quote tailored specifically to your project — with no hidden costs, no nasty surprises, and full transparency around exactly where every dollar is being invested.

We’ll sit down with you to walk through the quote in detail, so you can ask questions, clarify anything, and understand every line item. If adjustments are needed, we can suggest alternative materials or approaches that keep the project aligned with your budget without compromising quality.

We only move forward once you are completely satisfied — this is your project, and your sign-off is what matters.

Only once you are completley happy we begin the next stage.

Contract and Insurance

Once you’ve approved the quote, we prepare an accurate and detailed Master Builders Association NSW contract, outlining every element of your build.

You’ll know exactly what you’re getting, the full scope of work, and precisely what it will cost — with zero hidden surprises or unexpected expenses at any stage of the build.

Once the contract is signed, we arrange your HBCF (Home Building Compensation Fund) insurance — so your investment is fully protected before a single nail is driven.

Construction.

Your dedicated project manager oversees every aspect of the build — ensuring every stage is completed to the highest quality standards, on schedule, using our trusted team of licensed tradespeople.

You’ll be invited to our online client portal where you can track build progress in real time, stay across any variations, and access all your important documents in one place. We arrange regular site meetings to ensure everything aligns with your expectations.

Your vision drives every decision. Any changes you choose to make along the way are entirely yours to make — because your 100% satisfaction is our ultimate goal.

Handover

Before we hand over the keys, we conduct a thorough final walkthrough with you — checking every detail against your expectations and our high standards. Your satisfaction is the only definition of “done” that counts.

During the build, our team works through a rigorous ten stages 300-point quality checklist to ensure full compliance with the Australian Building Code and our own exacting standards — nothing gets missed.

From the date of completion, you’re covered by a 3-month defects warranty and a 6-year structural warranty — giving you long-term peace of mind and full assurance in the integrity of your new home.
